Kayla Creek Founder and CEO

Kayla Creek was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She received her Bachelors in Business Management from McKendree University a private university in Southern Illinois. Realizing her passion was connecting with individuals on a personal level, Kayla began a career in recruiting. Starting off her career working for Aerotek the largest staffing company in the United States, she was able to recruit for many Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors, Monsanto, Edward Jones, Nestle Purina and Express Scripts. Getting off to a fast start she was chosen in 2016 and featured in Delux Magazines “Emerging 30 Under 30” for her involvement in the community and the success in her career at a young age. Kayla then worked for corporate State Farm, a Fortune 50 Company and the largest P&C Insurer in the Nation. As an Agency Recruiter, she was responsible for the entire St. Louis, Metropolitan Market.
Currently Kayla Creek is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Elevate, a nonprofit organization that designs and implements programs that bring clean and affordable heat, power, and water to homes and communities. Kayla manages the Talent Acquisition team and oversees the recruiting cycle from candidate sourcing and evaluation to offer negotiation for Elevate. Kayla is the strategic recruiting business partner, managing the end-to-end recruitment strategy, integrating a focus on diversity sourcing and recruitment, including sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.
